Every company that runs the diagnostic gets their personalized Operatives — specific enough to hand to an engineer and say "deploy this." No gate, no trial, no card required. The business model kicks in when a company wants help deploying those Operatives.

We embed into your marketing operation, deploy the Operatives from your diagnostic, and operate them through launch and iteration. Four revenue components, chosen together with you based on scope:
- 1.Implementation fees. Fixed-scope fees for deploying each Operative. You pay for the engineering, not the idea — the ideas are in the free Operatives.
- 2.Monthly operating fees. Running a deployed Operative isn't zero-cost — tuning, model updates, governance reviews, dashboard maintenance. Monthly fee covers the operational layer.
- 3.Performance upside. When an Operative delivers measurable lift (ROAS, efficiency, cost savings), we share in it. We only earn this if the Operative actually works.
- 4.Selective equity. For the best companies, we take equity alongside cash. This is a handful of deals per year — not for everyone.
Not everyone should partner with us. The diagnostic tells you which Operatives to deploy; if you can deploy them in-house, do that. Partnership is for companies that want the work done, want it done right, and want to share in the upside.
